no! its free to add what you want, Newell has there own custom buildings made for you to choice from

Please start by actually reading what's written!
Before you start blasting folks for not reading, you should actually check what you are posting. Clicking that link does not taking you to a download. It takes you to a 3rd party shopping website where you can add the map to a cart and check out. Now with that being said, the cart DOES recognize that the map is free and it does NOT require credit card details UNLESS you want to add a tip. Then you need to enter your CC details. Hope this helps folks!
You do not have to put a CC on file to download from site. Thats bs.

That's why I haven't downloaded a mod from here in a long time.. Does great work but the whole cc to download a mod for free isn't right to me anyways..

You're somewhat correct. When you click the download now, yes, you can choose not to donate, and then after clicking the next download button, it takes you to his website. Then you add to cart, and the only way to download the map is to put in your CC info. Unfortunately, sites like that sell your information to third parties, and all Newell is doing is setting himself up for a big lawsuit!!!
..no need in entertaining any of the comments here. I just let them be. No pressure to download my content. If there was any issue with my website after years of having people download content, everyone would be voicing their options about it. Not everyone approves of my methods of distributing my content, I'm more than ok with that.
